The largest table is rectangular, equipped with wheels and housing 4 folding round tables, each of which can be folded and slotted under the main table in their own profile. The largest table is raised on castors. It has been stripped and Danish oiled.

Poul Hundevad (1917–2011) was a Danish designer and cabinetmaker renowned for his contributions to Scandinavian modern furniture. Born in Denmark, he trained as a cabinet maker before establishing his own workshop in the 1940s. Hundevad became widely recognised for his work with Vamdrup Stolefabrik, where he produced a range of functional and elegant furniture designs.

One of his most iconic creations is the Guldhøj stool, inspired by a Bronze Age piece discovered in Denmark. This design exemplifies his focus on clean lines and utility, hallmarks of Danish modernism. In addition to seating, Hundevad created sideboards, tables, and storage pieces, often using teak and rosewood, materials synonymous with the mid-century aesthetic.

In addition to his independent work, Hundevad contributed designs to Novy Domov, a Czechoslovakian furniture manufacturer known for producing modernist designs in the mid-20th century. His collaboration with Novy Domov extended his influence beyond Denmark, bringing his distinct Scandinavian approach to a broader European market.
